Cancellation Policy

Copyright: The client agrees not to sell or distribute photos for commercial gain without the photographer's written consent. Photographer retains the right to use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website and portfolio displays. Idemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Somethin' Sassy Events Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or in connection with the client's use of the photo booth and photos. This includes, but is not limited to any personal injury or damage to property caused by guests while using the photo booth. Internet Access: The client agrees to provide internet access for the photo booth, allowing guests to instantly share their photos via social media platforms. If the client cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free interest access due to factors beyond their control, they accept all responsibility. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will require payment of the full agreed upon fee. Damage and Responsibility Policy: The client acknowledges and agrees that the photo booth will be delivered and set-up at the event location and will be left unattended by Somethin' Sassy Events Inc. during the rental period. If the client chooses to have an attendant stay, additional charges will apply. By signing this agreement, the client assumes all responsibility for the photo booth and all associated equipment during the entire rental period. The client agrees to be financially responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the photo booth, iPad, backdrops and props provided by Somethin' Sassy Events Inc.
